The Ghost Scene
The actors portrayed the characters the same but in a unique way. The tone of the fathers voices varied the first video the father wasn't as loud as the other ones. The other two videos the Hamlets father was angry and he showed it through is emotions. The music was more intense in the second one out of all of them it, the music changed with the mood during when the father was making his speech. The tone was evil/dark. The lighting took away the potential of the scene of the first video I guess because technology wasn't as advanced as in the other two scenes. But the third video was great too with the room spinning effect but the second video was the best to me. The flashbacks in the second movie gave you a better understanding of what happened to Hamlets father if you can't understand their language. The third video had the best props like when the fire burning on the tv I thought that was very clever u had to really pay attention to catch on to it because they director did that subliminally. Overall I agree with every director because they were all so unique but the 21st century one was the really good because even though that movie is about 15 years old you can still relate to the setting.
I agree that the flashbacks helped understand what was going on, and how the second video was the best and connected the most watching the scene. One part I don't agree with is the technology in the first movie. Just because the lighting was not well doesn't mean it is because of the technology, I think that's what the director was going for, the scene is supposed to be dark and scary. And I am not sure how you can relate to the third video to the ghost scene because the director made things seem way too realistic, the play was more of a fantasy that's why the ghost has been exaggerated greatly in the other movie scenes. Good job qua, this blog post is very good, I like how you went into detail about each movie.
